Food forms a central part to all our lives. not just as a means of sustaining our bodies and minds but also in celebrations (and commiserations). Our communities and cultures are often defined by the way we eat.

But often long term unhealthy eating habits can make us ill. I believe food can be both delicious and healthy. My mission is to guide you into healthy eating patterns that are satisfying and sustainable, incorporating a broad range of foods and herbs into an enjoyable, nutritious way of eating.

I adopt a holistic approach to health, advising on diet, supplements and lifestyle choices to enable you to improve your health and energy and lead a fuller, more satisfying life.

My home clinic is in Petersfield, Hampshire, but I also consult at the Healthflex Physiotherapy clinic in Haslemere, Surrey.
